Affiliate Program Terms:
- Our Affiliate Program & services are only offered to legal licensed businesses operating within the United States.
- Admission to our Affiliate Program is subject to approval and you may be rejected at any time.
- Commission payments are calculated & distributed via ACH direct deposit for all sales calculated between the 1st to 15th and 16th through the last of the month. Commissions at each payment cycle totaling less than $1 will not be processed.
- All referrals must come from the automatic tracking of new sign-ups via the affiliate links provided which will set a cookie on your referral's computer for 30 days or the manual entry of your affiliate ID in the Referral Code field of our sign-up forms.
- All marketing material or content found on our website, www.TheGiftCardCafe.com, may be used to promote our products & services. All other marketing material used to promote our products & services must be approved by C & G Innovations LLC prior to publishing or distribution.
